SCB Principal Mark Frisch has been appointed to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC) Sustainability and Efficiency Task Force.  Joining selected national experts from academia, business, government and architecture, Frisch will lead the Energy subgroup seeking ways to incorporate sustainable practices into DHS operations that will efficiently enhance national security.
