Lesley Roth, RA, LEED AP, has been invited to be a member of the Chicago Chapter of Lambda Alpha International (LAI). LAI is an honorary professional society that works to advance the knowledge and practice of land economics.

Members are chosen by invitation to the non-political, not-for-profit organization based on their contribution to the profession of land planning.

The Chicago Chapter is known as the Ely Chapter after its founding member Professor Richard T. Ely. Professor Ely taught land economics at Northwestern University and the University of Wisconsin, and founded the LAI Chicago chapter in 1930.
