SCB wins Best of 2010 Awards
Three SCB projects have won awards in the Best of 2010 competitions hosted by Midwest Construction andCalifornia Constructionmagazines.
The Legacy at Millennium Park has won the highest honor as Project of the Year in its category: Best in Multi-Family Residential/ Hospitality. In the same category, an Award of Merit has been given to The Mather. These projects and the other winners will be featured in the December/ January issue of Midwest Construction, and honored during the Best of 2010 Awards ceremony on December 14th at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel.
In California, Three Sixty Residences is the Outstanding Architectural Design winner, the highest honor in this category. An independent jury of industry experts judged more than 135 nominated projects in a variety of categories, and chose 27 projects in Southern California, and 26 projects in Northern California to be winners. These projects will be featured in the December issue of California Construction and honored at awards breakfasts on December 1st at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel in Long Beach, and December 2nd at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel.
These annual regional competitions recognize construction and design excellence. The winning projects in the Best of 2010 competition will be entered into the National Best of 2010 competition, and judged against winners from all 11 regions later this year.
