An Associate Principal and Project Manager at SCB, Bradley Schnee brings over 20 years of experience in the profession to his role, where he coordinates project efforts from inception through completion, including approvals, design, documentation, and construction.
Bradley’s portfolio includes residential, high-rise office buildings, airport and educational projects across the country. His most recent work focuses on large-scale, high-rise residential, mixed-use projects. Under his management, Bradley’s projects have excelled in achieving the goals of SCB’s clients and office standards, becoming models of reference for the firm. Recent work with SCB includes the 45-story 500 N. Lake Shore Drive residential tower in Chicago, the 48-story 1326 S. Michigan avenue residential tower in Chicago, the 33-story Country Club Tower II in Denver, CO; and the 24-story Block 9 residential development in Milwaukee, WI.
Bradley is a member of SCB’s Residential Research & Development Committee, assisting the office in advancing the overall design and efficiency of its largest projects. He is a member of the AIA and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with distinction.
