An Associate Principal with SCB, David Keller has over 20 years of experience in the profession. He is an industry leader in the design and management of complex mixed-use and high-rise structures, working with national developers and contractors in varied markets across the country.
David has worked on a number of project types including multi-family residential, retail, hospitality, and higher education. In his role as a Project Manager he works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the highest level of quality and approaches each project by prioritizing the owner’s design, programmatic, and budgetary goals. He organizes and coordinates teams on large, complex projects and utilizes the latest building technology and sustainable design practices.
His recent projects include noteworthy high-rise developments such as Addison and Clark, a mixed-use residential, retail and entertainment complex next to Chicago’s Wrigley Field; 151 First Avenue, a luxury condominium and 5-star hotel in Nashville, TN; and Midtown, a 750,000 square-foot mixed-use apartment, office and retail development in Atlanta, GA.
David has guest lectured at the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois, Chicago and is involved with a number of firm-wide residential design and quality assurance initiatives including Lean Building Design. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a dual concentration in Design and Building Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is registered with NCARB and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
