An Associate Principal with SCB, David Keller has over 20 years of experience with the profession. He is a leader in the design and management of complex mixed-use and high-rise structures and has worked with a number of major developers and contractors in varied markets across the country, including retail, hospitality, and higher education. In his role as project manager, David works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that the highest level of quality is delivered on every project. His ability to organize and coordinate teams on large, complex projects utilizing the latest building technology and sustainable design practices distinguishes him as one of the industry’s leading professionals.
David’s recent projects with SCB included several high-rise developments in Houston and Atlanta, and several projects in Chicago. He has been the recipient of a number of design awards, including a Divine Detail Award from the AIA for Little Village High School, the Society of American Registered Architects Distinguished Building Award for Marklund Hyde Center, and an AIA Distinguished Building Award for Fernwood Park Natatorium.
David has guest lectured at the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has recently served as a member of SCB’s Quality Control and Assurance Committee. A member of the AIA licensed with NCARB, David received his Bachelor of Architecture with a dual concentration in Architectural and Technical Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
