An Associate Principal and Senior Designer at SCB, Vladimir Andrejevic possesses a strong command of comprehensive design, focusing on large scale multi-family residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His responsibilities include programming development, strategic planning, conceptual designs, presentations, and design implementation, as well as overseeing projects from initial sketches to completion.
Vladimir’s recent and current projects include The Bristol, a 22 story, 65 unit luxury condominium tower in West Palm Beach, Florida; a 45 story, 550 unit residential tower in Nashville, Tennessee; and a mixed-use, 22 story apartment and hotel complex near McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Selected completed works include 73 E. Lake, a 42 story, 332 unit residential tower in Chicago, 500 North Lake Shore Drive, a 45 story, 500 unit residential tower in Chicago, St. Joseph Seminary at Loyola University Chicago, and the McClurg Court complex retail renovation. Beyond his work for SCB, Vladimir’s creativity and vision have led him to participate in more than a dozen competitions in the United States and overseas, where he has received numerous awards. Most recently, Vladimir was distinguished as a finalist for his design of the Louisville Children’s Museum in Louisville, Kentucky.
Vladimir graduated from the School of Architecture at the University of Belgrade, Serbia, where he also practiced architecture. Additionally, he taught at the School’s Department for Visual Communications from 1998-2001. Vladimir has served as a guest critic of senior thesis designs at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, University of Cincinnati, and University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the local and national chapters of the AIA.
