Lake Forest College commissioned SCB to generate a new Campus Master Plan and facilities assessment. Both short-term and long-term goals hinged on the preservation of the original landscaped campus, which complements the visual character of the surrounding Lake Forest community.

SCB developed the plan from the perspective of the students, faculty, administrators, and visitors who most often frequent the campus. The new campus plan unifies a previously fragmented campus and provides a framework for future programmatic growth and increased student residents. Lake Forest College has continued to work with SCB on a variety of improvement projects on campus.
