Using the Collaborative-Design/Build delivery method, the 400 bed project is organized into separate freshman and sophomore wings, with corresponding social amenities programmed to support the needs of the different cohorts.

Student Housing II is a new 124,000 SF living/learning community at California State University, Sacramento. This new community features a dynamic outdoor courtyard oriented toward the river, surrounded by classrooms and multipurpose common spaces. Shared study rooms, recreation areas, and social lounges are located throughout the facility with views of the adjacent American River. Currently under construction, the LEED Gold equivalent project will be completed in summer 2017.
