The tower will include 390 apartments, ranging from 500-square-foot studios to 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom units, as well as 2,000 – 2,400-square-foot, three and four-bedroom penthouse units on the 35th floor. The building contains a robust amenity program, including a 10,000-square-foot full floor of high-end spaces (aka the “Gold Coast Getaway”). Such amenities include a large outside pool deck, grill terrace, and a dog park. The building’s interior design targets a sophisticated, young, and professional crowd. The design theme embodies the elegance and simplicity of the Gold Coast, as displayed in the long velvet couches and delicate light fixtures located in the lobby. A feeling of timeless sophistication is demonstrated in the residence’s warm color palate, neutral, and clean base, and rich materials, with a strategic use of wood throughout.
