SCB’s design of United’s branded environments highlights their high-end customer service throughout all of their clubs; these new lounges are the only business class lounges of their kind offered by a U.S. airline. Specific features of the lounges include custom-design chairs, showers, and hot meals. All of the clubs provide sparkling wines, spirits, and snacks for members.

B18 received upgrades to the typical United Airlines club spaces, including credentials, lounge areas, kitchen, bar, and restrooms. B6 received these same upgrades as well as new escalators and a stair. The C16 and B6 spaces received and will receive more extensive renovations to provide a customer experience that will continue to position United Airlines above and beyond its competitors. C16 will be upgraded to include two new elevators to ease traffic flow and enhance customer comfort. The space will also feature an enclosed luxury lounge for VIP members and an outdoor space. The VIP lounge, which will accommodate 30-35 people, has a private elevator with direct access to an executive transportation concierge. The outdoor area will offer all club members the opportunity to enjoy a unique and desirable rooftop experience.

The refreshed clubs welcome travelers and invite them to the highest level of customer service and luxury between flights.
