SCB assisted Schopf and Weiss, a boutique litigation firm in Chicago, in their office relocation to 1 South Wacker Drive. The space was converted into a loft office environment that mirrors the energy and distinctive nature of the firm. A color palate including strong contrasting elements of black and white, interspersed with elements of apple green, was used throughout the space to reflect the dynamic and lively qualities of the organization. Other unique aspects of the project include the implementation of a standard universal office size of 130 SF to reduce a sense of hierarchy and a conference center located in the three story atrium.
