Our project at 53rd & Cornell in Hyde Park topped out in December. Our design for the 338,000-square-foot, 27-story residential tower  incorporates the neighborhood’s historic past as well as progressive artistic elements. The building’s interlocking podium and tower compliments the neighboring buildings through material selection, color palette, scale of massing, and proportions of openings.
