In addition to this year’s national list (216), Midwest (59), and California (46) regional lists, SCB is excited to make its debut on the Southeast (109) and Texas/Louisiana (100) lists for 2020. The firm’s portfolio of work in these regions has grown significantly over the last several years with new projects in Nashville, Atlanta, Austin, Houston, and Dallas.
Recently completed, The Bristol represents a new luxury residential experience in south Florida. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent to the Royal Park Bridge, the tower’s design was inspired by the notion of a yacht sailing along the water and its ensuing wake.
