SCB Debuts on TWO ENR Top Design Firm Lists!

Date Published

ENR magazine’s national and regional Top Design Firms rankings are out and SCB is in! In addition to this year’s national list (216), Midwest (59), and California (46) regional lists, SCB is excited to make its debut on the Southeast (109) and Texas/Louisiana (100) lists for 2020. The firm’s portfolio of work in these regions has grown significantly over the last several years with new projects in Nashville, Atlanta, Austin, Houston, and Dallas.

The Bristol

Recently completed, The Bristol represents a new luxury residential experience in south Florida. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent to the Royal Park Bridge, the tower’s design was inspired by the notion of a yacht sailing along the water and its ensuing wake.

Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences

Located in SoBro between the Honky Tonk Highway and the Ascend Amphitheater, the design for the Four Seasons was inspired by the city’s music culture and the elegance and luxury of the five-star hotel’s brand.

Boulevard Place

Boulevard Place is the newest residential tower developed by the Hanover Company, and home to their new headquarters.

The Laurel

The Laurel sets a new standard for urban luxury living in Philadelphia. Located on the last undeveloped parcel of Rittenhouse Square, the design for The Laurel responds and provides a modern complement to the historic pre-war architecture of the surrounding area.

Tribune Tower Conversion

With its prominent location along Chicago’s famed Michigan Avenue, the Tribune Tower is poised to be one of the most sought after addresses in the city.

The North District

The North District will transform a 50-acre site north of The University of California, Riverside’s main campus into a vibrant, mixed-use community.
