SAN JOSE, CA — SCB is proud to be part of the team of leading architecture and planning firms working on Downtown West, Google’s transit-oriented, mixed-use corporate campus in San Jose. Today, the project was officially, and unanimously, approved by the San Jose City Council. When complete, this transformational project will offer 7.5 million square-feet of office space; 600,000 square-feet of hotel, conference /event space, restaurant, and retail space; and 4,000 residential units, 1,000 of which will be designated as affordable.
