SCB is pleased to share that Channel House is a Multifamily Executive Grand Award winner! Out of nearly 250 nominations, the project was selected as the best-in-class mid-rise entry. The project is the newest addition to Jack London Square, a mixed-use waterfront district in Oakland, California. Rising eight stories, Channel House’s form, materiality, and character is rooted in the maritime history of the area. Congratulations to the project team and all involved!
