How long have you been at SCB?
4 years this March.
How did you end up at SCB?
After working with firms of different sizes and focusing on multiple types of design, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the expanding residential interiors team at SCB. The thought of being a part of a new endeavor proved both challenging and rewarding. It was a no-brainer!
What is the best thing about working at SCB?
My team, of course! I spend a lot of time here and the people I work with day-to-day are irreplaceable. The endless supply of LaCroix also doesn’t hurt.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day is all over the place! Our industry is full of deadlines, surprises, and surprise deadlines…it keeps me on my toes.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in your career?
Work hard and be honest.
What advice can you give to young or future designers and planners?
Stay the course, and never assume you are too experienced for any task. There is always something to learn.
