Ben Wrigley is a Senior Designer and founding member of SCB’s San Francisco office, where his primary focus has been on the development of urban multi-family residential projects. In recent years, his efforts have led to expanding the firm’s portfolio into the Honolulu and Oakland markets, where Ben has been the Senior Designer on several large and complex high-rise residential buildings. As a result, Ben is a leader in the firm’s residential practice and is heavily involved in the firm’s Residential Research & Development Committee.
Prior to joining SCB, Ben was committed to gaining experience in firms of differing sizes, across various market sectors and spanning several countries. He has practiced architecture in the UK, the Czech Republic, and Australia. This broad range of experience has contributed to Ben’s passion for all phases of the design and construction process in all environments. He particularly enjoys the challenge of working in new and distinct locations. He is an active member of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition’s (SFHAC) Endorsement Committee, a local advocacy group promoting responsible residential design and endorsing housing at all levels of affordability across San Francisco. A native Briton, Ben graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester.
