As an Associate Principal and Project Manager at SCB, Bradley Schnee brings over 20 years of experience in the profession to his role, where he coordinates project efforts from inception through completion, including approvals, design, documentation, and construction.
Bradley’s portfolio includes multi-family residential, office, aviation, and educational projects across the country. His most recent work includes the 48-story 1326 S. Michigan Avenue residential tower in Chicago, the 33-story Country Club Tower II in Denver, CO, the 24-story Block 9 residential development in Milwaukee, WI, the new United Clubs at O’Hare International Airport, and United Polaris Lounge at Dulles International Airport.
Bradley is a member of SCB’s Residential Research + Development Committee, assisting the firm in advancing the overall design of its largest projects. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with distinction.
