Brook leads the firm’s marketing strategy, telling the stories of its work and people to guide its positioning in the marketplace. Her experience ranges across industries and sectors, including tech, higher education, and the arts. But no matter the industry, Brook strives to understand the people behind a brand—from customers and clients to executive leadership and administrative staff—so she can craft the right strategy, messaging, and organizational design that enables brands to deliver on promises to multiple stakeholders.

Prior to joining SCB, Brook has designed customer engagement strategies for Apple, doubled the student body at one of the world’s premier public policy schools, coached and led high-performing teams, developed DEI trainings, and defined the voice and brand of several small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Brook is driven by curiosity, so she turns to yoga, podcasts, and credentialing to keep body and mind limber. She holds a BA with honors in Philosophy from Hofstra University and an MA in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of Chicago, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a collector of certificates in a range of disciplines, including Project Management, Data Analysis, Design Thinking, and Contact Tracing.
