David Keller is an Associate Principal at SCB with 25+ years of experience in the profession. He is an industry leader in the design and management of complex mixed-use and high-rise structures, working with developers and contractors in varied markets across the country.

David has led teams working on a variety of project types including multifamily residential, hospitality, commercial office, retail, and higher education. His recent projects include the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Nashville; several mixed-use, high-rise residential and office buildings in Philadelphia; and luxury residential and student living projects in Atlanta, Houston, and Dallas.

In his role as a Project Manager, he works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the highest level of quality and approaches each project by prioritizing the owner’s design, programmatic and financial goals. He organizes and coordinates teams on large, complex projects and utilizes the latest building technology and sustainable design practices.

David has guest lectured at the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois, Chicago and is involved with several firm-wide residential design and quality assurance initiatives including Lean Building Design. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a dual concentration in Design and Building Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is registered with NCARB and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
