He is responsible for coordinating the design and technical efforts of the architecture and consultant team, and works with contractors, city officials, and other stakeholders to ensure that the client’s needs and vision are at the center of the combined work effort. He has managed many large-scale urban projects including the LEED Platinum WMS Gaming headquarters; Moment, a 41-story multi-family residential tower in Chicago; and 1001 South State, a LEED Gold, 400-unit multi-family residential development in Chicago.
David is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Lakefront Region of the American Youth Soccer Organization (currently over 3,400 players), where he has helped organize volunteers, run tournaments, actively work with the city to build and expand soccer fields in Chicago, and coach many of his daughters’ soccer teams.
