Retail space is provided at the southeast corner of the ground floor, with the balance of the ground floor occupied by a residential lobby, back of house space, and vehicular circulation. A rooftop lounge, pool, and recreation space offer an outdoor respite from the city. The building is immersed in the creative spirit of its surrounding neighborhood. To illustrate this, a former Columbia College student was commissioned to design a bright, graphic mural on the side of the building. The building is LEED Gold. Each unit has floor-to-ceiling windows with roller shades, providing an abundance of natural light. SCB completed both the architecture and interiors for this project.

A makerspace lab is available for residents to work within their living space; the lab offers technical tools such as 3D printers and a living biowall. Tying in with the neighborhood context, the building promotes an entrepreneurial spirit, arming residents with the tools to take on the ever-changing world.
