Located in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, this two-phase development occupies a two-acre urban site and consists of two 50- and 53-story high-rise residential towers with a 10-story above-ground parking structure that borders a central landscaped drive between Ohio Street and Grand Avenue.

The towers and respective garages work in tandem to express and unified architectural expression. They create a central landscaped plaza with a private drive leading to residential drop-offs. Both buildings’ ground levels contain retail, residential lobbies, and auxiliary functions.
The first phase, the Streeter, is a 784,000-square-foot, 50-story tower located on the western side of the site and contains 481 apartments ranging in size from 580-square-foot studios to 1,800-square-foot, three-bedroom units. The attached above-grade structured parking garage provides 475 spaces. Resident amenities such as a pool and fitness center are located above the parking garage.
Atwater Apartments is the second-phase, 767,000-square-foot, 53-story tower consisting of 480 rental apartments and 401 parking spaces. The building has a similar program of apartments and amenities above its garage as the Streeter.
